The spring is coming! It's getting warmer, but it's also easier to catch cold. If you want to be in a good form, try the recipe of doctor Jadwiga Górnicka. Her mixture may protect you from illness, so bless you! Take 10 avarage peeled cloves and grind them with 1.5 kilogramme of thin peeled lemons (the white, quite bitter squash contains vitamin PP, which chinks up the blood vessels). Then mix everything with the glass of honey. Take one spoon of that mixture everyday. To avoid the bad smell you can eat the slice of wholemeal bread with butter and slashed parsley, which absorb the bad smell. Good effect brings also everyday eating 2 cloves with butter on bread and drinking the blackberry elder brew. The recipe you can find in the book of doctor Górnicka: "Bless you! Dr Górnicka advices".
